The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.
About Us
We do not rescue dogs. We publicise Chihuahua's needing homes at rescue and shelters. Hundreds of Chihuahua's are killed each week at dog pounds in the USA because they do not have a home to go to.
